To get started, review the End User License Agreement (translation: you won’t share ProactiveSQL software or sue us), and press the “Agree” button at the bottom, which will take you to the purchase page.  After purchase, you will receive an email with a download link to the ProactoiveSQL data collector.  After you send the diagnostics data collected, ProactiveSQL will send you code and instructions within 24 hours to improve the performance of your SQL Server.

PROACTIVE SQL END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. ProactiveSQL grants You a revocable, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the supplied ProactiveSQL software on one SQL instance. This license may not be shared, sold, assigned, transferred, relicensed or sub-licensed.
2. You agree not to share the supplied ProactiveSQL software.
3. ProactiveSQL software comes with no warranty, express or implied, and You agree it is Your responsibility to backup your entire SQL instance, including all of its databases, before running any supplied ProactiveSQL software.
4. In no event shall ProactiveSQL be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, (including, but not limited to damages for loss of profits or confidential or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, for loss of privacy, for failure to meet any duty including of good faith or of reasonable care, for negligence, and for any other pecuniary or other loss whatsoever) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the supplied software or code, the provision of or failure to provide support services, even in the event of the fault, tort (including negligence), strict liability, breach of contract or breach of warranty of ProactiveSQL, and even if ProactiveSQL has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
